Returns

You may cancel or return an order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with any seals intact.

For hygiene reasons, opened haircare and cosmetic products, hair ties, bonnets, brushes and other personal-use accessories cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

To arrange a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for return. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned goods being received. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
